Malawi`s reggae sensation Royview to drop his last album dubbed the last drop in April

Lilongwe based reggae star Royview commonly known with his soft intro "Roy again, again and again" is finally set to release his much awaited album dubbed The Last Drop. The Last Drop is Roy`s last album and was supposed to be released last year in December, due to some personal commitments he failed to do so but now he is sure that its gonna be out in April.

In an exclusive interview with Topview Updates Roy made it very clear that this time around there is nothing that is to delay the release. He said everything is going according to plan and that distribution of the album *which is free* is gonna be done by himself on CDs and on the Internet. To him The Gospel is meant to be spread not to be sold, he says one is not supposed to make a living through The Gospel of The Lord. One is supposed to preach the good news to the people, they have to reach out to both young and old, rich and poor. Financial problems shouldnt deprive a person of the good news because its a necessity and they deserve it.

This whole album has sincerely been dedicated to The Mighty Lord as He has been good to him, he has seen a massive flow of blessings despite failing God in many ways in his life. He also dedicate it to his royal and humble family for the love and care showered on him since the day he was born and also to his beloved fans all across the nation.

The album is to carry a soothing package of 13songs of which 4 have already been released (mphamvu yanu ft Blaze, history, the last song ft Java and fly away. Trumel is also featured in the album and will appear on a song tittled nthunzi. Other artists like Sangie, Saint,Catalia, Miss T (rapper) and many more will also appear on this album. Be ready to get your own copy because its gonna take you from one spiritual level to another..... be open to the word of God. This album will be a Reggae/Dancehall cream hence will be produced by notable producers like Tkmore, Trumel and Don Foxxy to mention just a few.

Asked on why he chose this to be his last album Roy said that the fact that its his last album it doesnt mean that he is quitting music. To him he has seen that albums in Malawi do not make an impressive impact and that has made him think of dropping singles after the album. Only singles and a couple of videos will do him good rather than compiling a collection of nice music in an album and making it a waste. He added on saying that people shouldnt expect any negative change but rather a very much positive change as he has a great package special for them. A package of the same Roy they know, a package of wonderful music.

Roy feels great knowing that there are some people out there who gets inspired by him through his music, that makes him sit back and thank God for using him to get into other peoples hearts and activate an inch of happiness and joy in them. Though he invest much and get too little Roy still thanks God for taking good care of him and giving him the right words to spit on a microphone every time he goes into the booth.

He urges fans and people in general to support artists with all their hears, he also thanks his fans for being by his side all the way from the dawn of his career. To his fellow artist he urges them to atleast compose songs with a positive image, songs that will not choose a certain type of people, songs that will move hearts of every listener out there for the best.

"To all my fans i just wanna say thanks for your support, i love you so much. There is no Royview without you, without your support i might have a million songs but there wont be anyone to appreciate my talent, no one can get the messages i try to send out and no one to be entertained" said Roy.

"I also wanna take this opportunity to advise all those people along the shores to move out of there and atleast find better places because it feels bad to hear of floods making them homeless and infact taking lives away. I must admit i really feel sad to see it happening...... may the souls of all the deceased due to floods rest in eternal peace and may God comfort all those victims" he added.
