The name Lucci Mo is no strange word when it comes to urban music in Ghana, this is one name everyone who loves urban music would like keep on their mouth.
Born Eric K. Honu on September 19 Lucci developed a passion for music at a very tender age, to make it better he was selected entertainment prefect during his secondary school days. As an entertainment prefect Lucci was very much connected to arts and the very best of music flavours. One can only imagine how serious he does take it with his music.
This spectacular star is a former student of the Regional Maritime University and has always made it a priority to take his music career very serious and dear to him. Working tirelessly towards giving out the best of his shots in terms of hiphop music and some other genres to his numerous fans is also at the center of his heart.
Lucci is signed to a record rebel Million Miles Music since September 2006 to date.In 2012 he was invited as guest international artist at the Swahili Hiphop Summit in Der es Salaam, Tanzania. In an exclusive interview with topview updates Lucci said that he is working on a certain project that will see his al mater which is Sogakofe Senior High School gain an outstanding recognition in the Ghanian Music Industry.
Among his many projects currently his newest release "who i wanna be" is enjoying massive airplay on top rated radio station in the country. Another project which is set to be released on 21 January 2015 titled pass the mic which features other artists from his city (Tema) is expected to be another bomb in the hiphop circles.
Tema is said to be the music factory of Ghana and Lucci said that he is blessed and happy to reside in such an area, it has helped him alot as of today he is one of the household names when it comes to hiphop music. He also points his performances on bigger platforms with the likes of Charlotte Hill O`Neal aka Mama C a poet,musician,artist,mother & mentor to many as a key to him being a household name as well.
