A little chat with Lem Vee

L city based rapper Lem Vee is back on the block with a new joint dubbed trynna be like me in which he features Episodz and Dee oh dub The track was recorded by rayfane and episodz and it is the second one in his upcoming mixtape tittled keep it ghatah. The mixtape features some local artists like big ta ,gwamba,kyc,piksy,excess,slessor,criptokk and macelba just to mention a few Other songs in this mixtape are Tafika ft GD and shozie the oh noo star, here I am ft criptokk and macelba and am all that ft zyuga and bfb of exclusive records.

 Asked what his fans should expect from him Lem said "To be honest I don't know how I can say it but expect big. expect what you've never seen before. Just stay alert coz am surely dropping a bomb." "Am shooting videos for the hit patuka ft episoz,kyc and big ta and also here I am ft criptokk and macelba" he added.

 On the status of our music industry here in malawi, Lem strongly believe we have a lot to learn and understand. He pointed on lack of support and appreciation from fellow musicians and promoters. Lack of creativity among artists as nowadays there is much of beat biting than beat creating. He said most artist just copy from what others have already done.

  According to him, malawian artists should pull up their solks. Not that they are bad or dull but they aren't there yet. And to his part he said he's working hard and doing the best that he can to keep the industry in shape.

 "Am doing my best ....I think if I express myself in my music people will grasp something out of it hence I as lem vee is 100% contributing to the productivity of the industry, people should love what they do and then have a purpose in life. dont just do things coz everyone around you seems to be doing the same. Change the game and keep it real ....be yourself and stop being somebody else. its just a waste of time." said Lem Vee.
